If the property investor/joint venture partner is not happy with the received quotations then another batch of tenders may be sought by Alpus. These quotations or offers will be presented to the property investor/joint venture partner with a recommendation from Alpus about which offer should be accepted and the reasons why. The Property Investor/ Joint Venture partner will deposit funds sufficient for the project site purchase, plus the anticipated Gross Development Cost, and the Special Vehicle Setup cost in a new bank account established for the Special Purpose Vehicle., new project specific joint venture companyĪlpus will prepare a Contracting Strategy for agreement by the parties to the joint venture.Īlpus will proceed to arrange for all the necessary consultants, contractors and suppliers to carry out the works in consultation with the property investor/joint venture partner.Īs a matter of policy 3 quotations will be obtained for every service or contract that is required to complete the property development.
